I am on COBRA coverage now but am not eligible for the new subsidy rate. My husband is also covered under my policy and he was recently laid off.  Can he get a subsidy?

No unfortunately this specific situation was not anticipated by the new law. The subsidy comes from the laid-off worker's employer and in this case he was not on their health plan at the time of termination.
